Aim

First, we're going to talk about the aim of our work. We have to analyse data from CGH chips. This work has five parts: reading file, algorithmic, validation of our hypothesis, comparison and graphic interface.

Data come from DNA of tumourous cell of bladder, analyzed by comparative hybridization.
